Tom Robertson

Tom featured as a trialist in a mid-season friendly against an Aberdeen Junior Select XI in January 1961, the Scottish junior internationalist staying with Lochee Harp until the end of the 1960-61 campaign, at which point he signed him at Gayfield. He spent most of the 1961-62 season as our regular right half before dropping out of the team in favour of Hunter McMillan in the last few months of the campaign. He fully won his place back in mid-October of the following season however and spent the rest of the campaign in the team.

He featured towards the start and end of the 1963-64 season, but for the majority of it Dave Souter was preferred at right half. His game time completely dried up the following year, and after failing to make a competitive appearance he was transferred to Montrose in late October 1964.
