Biography

Ricky was signed in early July 2016 by Dick Campbell after the ‘keeper had moved to Scotland from Portugal. He started the 2016-17 campaign as backup to Robbie Mutch, however after an injury sustained by Mutch in a game away to Edinburgh City in early October, Ricky came into the side and continued as our regular ‘keeper for the rest of the season, helping the club win the League Two title.

He started the following season as our first choice ‘keeper but after sustaining a nasty concussion he couldn’t win his place in the team back from David Hutton on his return, and after just five appearances he left the club at the end of the 2017-18 campaign, returning to Portugal.
