Richard Thomson
Biography
Richard was signed on a 3-month loan deal from Dundee Utd in December 1997 by Dave Baikie and he was a regular in the team during his time at Gayfield, featuring in several different positions in defence and midfield. He returned to Tannadice in March 1998 having made 11 appearances, and Baikie tried to extend his loan until the end of the season but was unable to do so. The following October he signed for Cowdenbeath after an initial trial game, and he featured for the Central Park side during the 1998-99 and 1999-00 campaigns.
