Jim Crawford
Biography
Jim was signed in June 1959 from Irvine Meadow XI, the Ayrshire side having won the Junior Cup the previous month. He was mainly used at right half in his first season at Gayfield, competing for his place with John Brown, before moving over to play at left half the following campaign. He dropped out of the team in late December 1960 and after failing to regain his place he was transferred to Stranraer in February 1961.
