Gordon Caldwell
Biography
Gordon played for us as a trialist in a league game against Hamilton Accies in early November 1952 before then trialling for Forfar Athletic in mid-December in a game against Dundee Utd. He played against Dundee Utd the following week also, this time for ourselves, and after scoring a goal in a 2-1 win at Tannadice he was signed up after the game. He spent the rest of the 1952-53 campaign at the club, featuring regularly as an inside forward before being given a free transfer at the end of the season and returning to junior football with Lochee Harp.
