Hugh Friel
Biography
Hugh was signed in June 1952 following his release from Clyde and he featured at inside right early on during the 1952-53 season before the signings of Brendan O'Donnell and Gordon Caldwell saw him drop down the pecking order. He dropped out the team completed after mid-December and at the end of the campaign he was given a free transfer, moving south to join Worcester City and following his time there with spells at Wisbech Town and Holbeach United.
