Biography

Jimmy was signed up from Dundee Osborne in mid-November 1951 after impressing in a trial against Falkirk, and he became our regular ‘keeper for the rest of the 1951-52 campaign, displacing John McGarrity. With former Cowdenbeath ‘keeper George Robertson being signed in early August 1952; Jimmy became the second choice, and he made just four competitive appearances in two seasons before leaving on a free at the end of the 1953-54 season and joining Lochee Harp.
