Willie Rennet

Biography

Willie was signed in June 1951 after being released by Celtic the left winger immediately became one of the first names on the team-sheet, missing just four games in his first season. He continued to consistently impress up until early March 1954 when, having not missed a game all season, a new job forced him to stop playing. The club retained his registration up until the end of the 1956-57 campaign but with no return to playing forthcoming his registration was released.
