Biography

After the retirement of Hamish McAlpine in October 1988, Scott was given an initial trial against Cowdenbeath in a Second Division match by John Young. He impressed and was subsequently signed from Stirling based Fallin Miners Welfare. He started the next five games before the return of Derek Jackson saw him become our backup keeper and after making one further appearance in March 1989 he was given a free transfer at the end of the campaign.
