Alan Duff

Biography

Alan was signed by John Young from Perth Celtic for £450 in December 1986 after he had initially featured twice as a trialist that month. He continued as our regular right back for the 1986-87 season before competing for his place with emerging youngster Brian Mitchell the following campaign. He left the club in February 1988 due to his job as a postman in his native Perth, and later that year he returned to junior football with Kinnoull.
