Ian Gibson
Biography
Ian was brought to the club in August 1989 as player/ assistant manager by John Young, and he added some experience to our midfield during the 1989-90 campaign. After Young’s departure in April 1990, he took over as a caretaker manager until the end of the season before being permanently appointed that summer. After being appointed manager, he only picked himself for 3 games during the 1990-91 season before being sacked towards the end of the campaign with the club second bottom of the table.
