Grant Dewar

Biography

Grant was signed from Forfar West End in June 1988 for £700 by John Young, the midfielder having previously won caps for the Scottish junior side during his time at Strathmore Park. He was a regular feature in the team during his first two seasons at Gayfield, but after the appointment of new manager Ian Gibson in April 1990 his game time began to dry up. After only making four competitive appearances, three of them from the bench, in the opening months of the 1990-91 campaign he was sold to Cowdenbeath in mid-October.
