Last Goal - Arbroath 2 - 2 Montrose
Arbroath welcomed George Shield and his Montrose to Gayfield for the 5th game between the two teams this season. The new year’s derby clash always hard to predict but the fixture had caught the attention of many supporters with the largest attendance in League 2 all season with an impressive 1395. The large crowd were treated a sunny afternoon with not a cloud in the sky, although there was a very chilly breeze.

Last Appearance - Montrose 3 - 0 Arbroath
Arbroath made the short trip up the east coast to Links Park to play their sixth and final derby game of the season. Both teams have had very different seasons but in recent the Lichties have looked a shadow of the team which charged into an 8 point lead at the top of the table.
